Files must be uploaded before they can be used in other API calls, for example when adding a milestone interaction. In order to do this, first call the file upload endpoint to receive a URL for each file. Then simply execute an HTTP PUT with the binary content to the uploadUrl, and use the associated “id” in the subsequent API endpoint.
